We’re looking for a versatile Business Analyst to join our team, contributing across market research and corporate training projects.

 

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building insights, and supporting clients through evidence-based decisions and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to develop tailored research proposals to help clients uncover customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Assist quantitative and qualitative analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools to surface actionable insights
  • Assist raw data into engaging reports and strategic recommendations that support brand, product, or customer strategies
  • Design and execute primary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups), including moderating sessions and stakeholder discussions
  • Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and industry experts to deliver high-quality client reports and presentations
  • Work with L&D and HR leaders to diagnose performance gaps and identify training needs using data and stakeholder feedback
  • Design training solutions based on client needs, helping shape content, formats, and delivery models
  • Work with subject matter experts (SME) to build contextual learning programs such as structuring syllabi, learning tools, and learning methods to provide the best learning experience for learning participants
  • Support learning journey development by integrating research into skill-building roadmaps, leadership programs, and onboarding plans
  • Assist to analyze training effectiveness, participant data, and post-program evaluations to measure ROI and refine future programs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the tech industry, software house, or software engineering studio
  • Strong existing database of clients and contacts in relevant industries
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value for clients
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bonus: Experience selling SaaS products, enterprise software, or custom software solutions
