Position: Account Manager

Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Getting new clients: Involves identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting them into long-term clients through tailored solutions and strategic communication.
  • Identifying opportunities: Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Maintaining relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key business executives, and stakeholders.
  • Meeting client needs: Manage expectations and ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Achieving sales targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Preparing reports: Prepare sales reports and provide account updates and sales forecasts to sales and executive management.
  • Delivering presentations: Present products or services to potential customers in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Managing projects: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Completing administrative work: Complete administrative work as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in any relevant role. Experienced in Training or Learning industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Punctual and disciplined due to daily basis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
